Access to CrossFit, MOVE, and yoga classes.This option is perfect if you love what we offer but can’t commit to a full schedule right now. Maybe you train once a week, have other athletic commitments (running, sports, seasonal activities), or just need a more flexible approach.
You still get great coaching and access to our community—on your terms.
Best for: Busy schedules, supplemental training, or members balancing multiple forms of fitness.

A one-time drop-in class.
Primarily intended for visitors who are in town and want to train while they’re here. This is not designed as a trial option for new members.

Unlimited classes for 7 days.
Best suited for visitors spending a short time in the area who want consistent training while away from home.

Unlimited classes for 14 days.
Ideal for longer stays, work trips, or extended visits—giving you full access to train, recover, and stay on track while you’re here.

Everything you need to know before your first class.

No. Every class is coached and scalable. Whether you’re brand new or returning after time away, we’ll meet you where you’re at.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can show you around the gym and prepare you for class.

Comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor shoes, and a water bottle.

Classes are one hour and include a guided warm-up, skill or strength work, a coached workout, and a brief cool-down or recovery focus.

Your coach will walk you through the class structure, demonstrate movements, and help you modify anything as needed. You’ll be supported the entire time.

Every movement can be scaled or modified. If you have injuries, limitations, or mobility restrictions, we’ll adjust the workout for you

Let your coach know before class. We regularly modify movements to keep training safe and effective for your body.

Yes. Classes must be booked ahead of time through Push Press Members App to ensure space and proper coaching ratios.

A coach will check in with you, answer questions, and help you choose the membership or program that best fits your goals.
